The media is full of stories saying the next foreclosure wave will be commercial properties. Who carries those mortgages? Fannie/Freddy/REITS?
The Dec issue of Money says “buy REITS” but I’m thinking that Reits will get killed when commercial properties fail, am I right?
Where is the buying opportunity here?
