I have a paypal buyer credit and i accidently pressed the “increase limit” button but i said oh well…i currently have a limit of $300. But then they said they can’t increase my limit for the following reasons…
-PRESENT OR PAST DELINQUENCY ON TRADES
-AVERAGE CREDIT UTILIZATION ON REVOLVING/OPEN-ENDED TRADES
-HIGHEST CREDIT UTILIZATION ON BANK REVOLVING TRADES
what do these mean?
thanks in advance !
